We use mainly Fastway Express and Auspost to provide shipping option to all over Australia. For majority of Local and National Metro Areas we used Fastway Couriers.
Brisbane Metro Areas
Customers from Brisbane Metro Areas please choose Brisbane Metro - Fastway Express, shipping option.
1-2 days delivery
$10 (up to 25kg gross)
Areas Covered: Brisbane CBD, and surrounding suburbs
Further Brisbane Metro Areas
Customers from further Brisbane Metro Areas please choose Further Brisbane Metro - Fastway Express, shipping option.
1-3 days delivery
$12 (up to 25kg gross)
Areas Covered: Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Warwick, Stanthorpe
Other Australian Metro Areas
2-4 days (depending on location)
$15 (up to 5kg gross) and $22 (up to 17kg gross)
Customers from other National Metro Areas please choose NATIONAL METRO - FASTWAY EXPRESS, shipping option.
We use Auspost where Fastway Services are limited. Auspost Express is an alternative for all over Australia flat rate shipping option for our rural customers.
Customers from rural region please choose RURAL - AUSPOST EXPRESS, shipping option.

All over Australia normal parcel i.e. not express.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at Feijoa Addiction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we can assist.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
All parcels shipped will be left with authority to leave at premises due to the nature of the goods. If you do not want this to occur you must contact us at the time of booking and advise us in writing.
We will do our very best to assist our customers with deliveries however it is the customers responsibility to advise us of any missed deliveries within 24 hours after arrival has been confirmed by either one of our shipping companies we use eg Fastway or Auspost tracking otherwise we will be unable to assist.
If you may be in need of assistance due to a quality issue with your order please make sure you let us know in 24 hours after delivery. Please make sure you send us pictures showing the whole extent of the issue you may be having for us to be able to assist you.
